Manchester City to win both halves @ 2.29
Manchester City face Championship side Southampton in the FA Cup semi-final on Saturday, and it’s hard to see anything other than a dominant City performance.
Pep Guardiola’s men are in outstanding form, winning their last five matches across all competitions. While Southampton have been solid themselves, the step up in quality is significant. City should control this game from start to finish, and backing them to win both halves looks like excellent value.
Borussia Dortmund – Handicap (0-1) @ 1.98
In the Bundesliga, Borussia Dortmund host Freiburg in a matchup that heavily favours the home side.
Dortmund sit second in the table and have been formidable at home, winning 11 of their 15 league matches. Freiburg, on the other hand, have struggled on the road, with just four away wins all season and the points gap between the sides is 21. I expect Dortmund to take control here, and the handicap market offers a smart way to boost the price.
Porto – Handicap (1-0) @ 1.96
League leaders Porto travel to face an out-of-form Estrela Amadora, and the visitors look well-positioned to continue their impressive campaign.
Porto have lost just once in the league all season and hold a seven-point lead at the top. Estrela, meanwhile, sit 15th and have managed just one win in their last six matches. Rather than backing Porto at short odds, the handicap market again provides better value.
AC Milan v Juventus – Over (2.5) Goals @ 1.93
One of the standout fixtures of the weekend comes from Serie A, as Juventus travel to take on AC Milan.
Just three points separate the two sides, and with Champions League qualification on the line, both teams have everything to play for. Juventus are among the league’s top scorers, with Milan not far behind. With attacking quality on both sides, this game has all the ingredients for goals. Over 2.5 looks like a strong play.
