Mallorca, meanwhile, sit 14th in the table and have managed just one away win all season, conceding 20 goals and scoring an average of just 0.45 goals per game on the road. Everything points towards a dominant Barcelona performance, and there’s real value in backing them to win both halves.
Manchester City to win @ 2.80
Manchester City head to Anfield on Sunday in a mouthwatering Premier League showdown against Liverpool. There’s been a stark contrast between the two sides this season, with City sitting second while the reigning champions have slipped to sixth.
Pep Guardiola’s side are desperate for a win to keep their title ambitions alive. Liverpool, on the other hand, have been inconsistent, already suffering seven league defeats, three more than in their entire campaign last season. Given the circumstances, the price on a City win looks excellent value.
PSG to win @ 1.41
League leaders PSG host Marseille in one of Ligue 1’s biggest rivalries. PSG boast a formidable home record, remaining unbeaten at home, conceding just four goals while scoring 22.
Marseille sit third but trail PSG by eight points, and their away form has been shaky with four defeats on the road already. Backing PSG to win at home makes plenty of sense here.
Real Madrid Halftime/Fulltime @ 2.06
Real Madrid travel to face Valencia this weekend and arrive in red-hot form. The visitors have won six consecutive La Liga matches, scoring 15 goals during that run.
Valencia are struggling down in 16th place, just one point above the relegation zone. With Madrid’s current momentum, this looks set up for a comfortable away victory. I expect them to lead at half-time and see the job through.
